Westside actually loves gentrification and even more opportunity to sell $9 artisan coffee and/or burritos.

"Firms working with Graham Zusi, who competed as a forward, midfielder and defender with Sporting between 2009 and 2023, in late December filed plans for a six-unit residential project called BACI Westside. The infill development would sit on a 0.14-acre pair of undeveloped lots at 1639-1641 Summit St., which Zusi acquired from an area investment group in December 2023."
