Kansas City Brookside 'Suicide Hill' Renamed By Mainstream News?!?

The best hill for sledding in Kansas City proper has been known for GENERATIONS as "Suicide Hill" in Brookside.

Sometime between the #MeToo movement, the pandemic & BLM riots . . . The moniker was disallowed by the local MSM.

To be fair . . . A slew of other parents also discouraged the nomenclature. 

Either way . . . The name game created a greater disconnect between youngsters and the cruel history of Kansas City. 

And now . . . The "sledding hill" reports are just a little less fun because they don't offer our cowtown a bittersweet hint that laughing through snow days is a fleeting pleasure of our limited lifetimes. 

Or . . . 

Maybe "slice of life" MSM news reports are just a thing of the past and social media works better for this kind of thing . . .
