Kansas City 2025 Snow Plan Stays Losing?!?

It certainly doesn't seem like people are very happy with the results so far . . .

"Every street in the city had been plowed at least once, Kansas City Public Works Director Michael Shaw said in a news conference about the city’s storm response. But as of mid-afternoon, the city’s online snow plow map showed several residential neighborhoods that hadn’t been cleared in 16-24 hours."
