Justice Horn Vows To Fight For LGBTQ Flag & Sanctuary City Status

Today we wanted to note a doubly bold statement from the most prolific progressive activist in the Kansas City metro.

Now . . . 

A lot of the criticism of this young man is out of bounds but still, for better or worse, part of the political discourse. What's more important than petty personal screeds is a consideration of new policy. 

Like it or not, Mr. Horn actually brings up an important point about local reaction to recent executive orders by Prez Trump . . . Check-it:

Daily Mail: Trump bans Pride and Black Lives Matter flags from the State Department and American buildings across the globe

Moreover . . . 

Recent MAGA executive orders on the flag contradict the actions of Mayor Q & nearly all of council posing with so many different flags rising above city hall over the past few years.

"As long as I draw breath, I will fight to ensure the pride flag flies not only at the county courthouse in downtown Kansas City, but also at the courthouse in Eastern Jackson County, in Independence—honoring the countless LGBTQ+ residents and their allies who call this county home."
