"Port KC commissioners on Monday signed off on 10-year bonds that will provide a 50% personal property tax exemption, and sales tax exemption on construction materials, for improvements to JE Dunn's 187,284-square-foot offices, built in 2009 at 1001 Locust St. There, JE Dunn plans $14 million in new finishes and $6 million in personal property costs, for items like furniture, fixtures and technology."
