"A complaint accused Horton of unlawfully engaging in SA two separate times with a student under the age of 16 enrolled at Olathe North High School, where Horton was the choir teacher, and persuading, enticing, or coercing a child under the age of 18 to engage in sexually explicit conduct between December 7, 2023 and February 12, 2024."
