Read this one closely and the federal judge raises an important & critical question:
Why did activists wait more than a decade before filing their complaint?!?
That question doesn't pardon the tarnished legacy of what might be one of the worst case of corruption in Kansas City metro police history . . . But it still deserves an answer.

"A federal judge has dismissed a lawsuit filed by five plaintiffs against the Unified Government of Wyandotte County and Kansas City, Kansas, along with eight former and current police officials, citing Kansas' two-year statute of limitations.
"The case alleged systemic corruption, wrongful convictions, and sexual abuse by members of the Kansas City, Kansas Police Department."
