Court Dox: Unlicensed DUI Suspect Doesn't Remember Deadly I-70 Crash

This story might spark a great deal of speculation . . . But just as police have to go to court to prove that the guy was borracho . . . It's also unclear if the name is indicative of legal status given that there are plenty of native born Latino drunk driving suspect.

Here's what's on record so far . . .

Investigators discovered "multiple open alcohol containers" in his Toyota, court documents said. Police also said they could smell alcohol on him.

SUSPECT began answering questions after he was taken to the ICU. He told officers he did not remember being involved in a crash, court documents said. He also said he consumed 12-14 alcoholic drinks between 6 p.m. and midnight before the crash.

He admitted to being under the influence of alcohol.

Court documents also state that SUSPECT does not have a valid driver's license and that he was arrested in May 2023 for driving while intoxicated.
