"Kansas City police report two people were killed just off the ramp there. They were in the same car - this was a single-car crash so no other vehicles were involved.
"Just east of 103rd Street, a Honda SUV ran off the road to the right, traveling up and over the snowbank lining the north side of the highway. The SUV vaulted off the bridge, falling approximately 100 feet into the Blue River below. The driver and rear passenger were killed. A front-seat passenger is in critical condition at a nearby hospital."
