"A $61 million apartment project — whose broad outlines were recently filed with the city — become a reality, the Plaza Broadway Apartments will be razed along with four other structures that comprise the entire block between W. 45th Terrace and W. 46th Street, Broadway Boulevard and Wornall Road.
"In that spot, Overland Park-based EPC Real Estate Group is proposing to build what it described in a document filed with the city as “approximately 280 multi-family units over a parking garage."
