A big challenge for Kansas Gov. Laura Kelly (D), who worked to end the super majority in at least one or both chambers in November, to no avail. How will that impact her agenda when it comes to taxes, Medicaid expansion, education and more . . .
In Missouri, it’s not the super majority that’s an issue for Republican Gov.-Elect Mike Kehoe (R), but “Freedom Caucus” members in both the House and Senate could be an issue as he takes the reigns with his agenda.
