Today's local faith news coverage isn't really our concern . . . People can believe whatever they want and we don't really care for so many haters trashing one religion over the next . . . From our perspective . . . Here's the bigger deal . . . 

DID YOU KNOW KANSAS CITY STAR OFFERS "CULTURE & IDENTITY" COVERAGE?!?!

We had no idea until earlier this morning . . . And it begs this question: 

Given declining ad revenue, subscriptions & circulation . . . Shouldn't the daily newspaper dedicate their resources somewhere more productive or at least try to focus on covering municipal government?!?

We notice the paper still hasn't picked up coverage regarding Mayor Q's travel scandal.

Nevertheless . . . 

Here's the note that features bland faith community reporting that hasn't garnered much interest amongst readers online or otherwise . . .

"Sat down with The Kansas City Star’s culture and identity reporter and talked about how the lack of knowledge others have about his faith has often led to him feeling like an outsider. He also talked about finding understanding through learning and the importance of all faiths working together for the common good."
