Or at least that's the argument from some of the more cryptic progressives.

Forgive us for being suspicious if politicos or pundits who CLAIM they're looking out for small biz when a carve out could easily address that concern for places with fewer than a dozen employees whilst record profits garnered by so many corporations signal a need for a higher salaries rather than INSANE CEO COMPENSATION.
