The Dole Institute of Politics held the 2024 Post Election Conference on Dec. 11 and here's a peek at the conclusions of the mostly progressive panel . . .

“The democratic voters that I spoke to in the lead up to the presidential election were begrudgingly supporting, in some cases, Vice President Kamala Harris. They wished that they had had an opportunity to take a look at the other potential candidates who could have been running,” Francesca Chambers, White House correspondent at USA Today, said.

Chuck Todd, chief political analyst at NBC News, said having another primary election so late would have been impractical. He said that by focusing on “micro decisions” and speaking tactically, we may misinterpret voters.
