This is probably the most noteworthy testimony we've seen in this case so far because it comes from former law enforcement and not sketchy activist characters.

"Max Seifert worked for the department from February 1975 until December 2005.
"Seifert said he retired a year early due to then-Chief Ron Miller’s leadership.
" 'He knew there were problems with Roger Golubski. He knew it, and he did nothing about it,' Seifert said of Miller.
"Specifically, Seifert remembers a training class where he said Miller told other detectives that Golubski had a problem sharing information and working with informants.
"Seifert also said it was well-known that Golubski was a customer of young Black prostitutes."
