KC Pet Project Stays Losing Animal Control

Here's the result of continued outcry following a deadly attack by a pack of pit bulls. 

Even worse . . .

Did anybody every find MILLIONS in donations that this group promised Kansas City in return for building a new animal shelter?!?

Didn't think so . . . 

The main takeaway is that these white ladies with great intentions never lived up to their promises and didn't do much but get rid of real KCMO dog catchers.

A Kansas City dude had to die a horrible, agonizing death before locals starting believing longstanding complaints about this group . . .
