Kansas City Short-Term Rental Near Plaza Terrifies Neighbors

A series of problems at a Kansas City short-term rental has put residents on edge in an otherwise pleasant neighborhood near the Country Club Plaza.

Remember . . . 

Mayor & council promised to address this problem with more short-term rental regulations earlier this year. 

Sadly . . . It seems that a solution has yet to take hold.

More detail . . . 

This location just a few blocks from the Plaza has featured a late night shooting and, just last night, a gathering of gunman roaming the street after dark with weapons drawn.

The kicker here is that this is an EXPENSIVE neighborhood with homes costing mid-6-figures not so far way from this embattl4ed local.
