Here's an interesting trend to note . . .
Throughout local social media we're noticing local complaining about crooks captured and then immediately released back onto local streets . . . At the neighborhood level we're surprised to notice outcry about the lack of a city jail.
Accordingly . . .
Here's the solution that won't take hold for years but will at least put this town on the right track.
