Kansas City Blogger Revival For Christmas

Actually, "blogging" as the main form of personal branding hasn't been "a thing" for more than a decade. That's not a real loss . . . Lots of people have blogs but they're written mostly for news & niche purposes whilst the Internets get rich crowd remains focused on showing booty & braggadocio via social media.

But I digress . . .

In a story that's heartfelt and more sincere than "Hipster Christmas" we wanted to share a more traditional work by Kansas City faith scribe Bill Tammeus . . . A leftist progressive scribe who often engenders right-wing curses conservative rebuke for mixing politics with worship in much the same way that many of our compassionate friends WRONGLY imagine that most illegal aliens are just Joseph, Mary & Baby JC in brown face . . . When ACTUALLY they're just po'folk and a lot of drug mules fighting for survival against the law like most of the world's working poor.

As always, here's a more hopeful message . . .

"I'm resurrecting a Christmas story that I wrote for the now-defunct Sunday magazine of The Kansas City Star in 1982."
