This is probably the main point of an upcoming investigation and something that might merit more attention over so much outcry that now won't eve be proven in a court of law . . . Check-it:
"One of the conditions of his home incarceration release stated that Golubski must 'not possess a firearm, destructive device, or other weapon.'
"The court document also states the U.S. Probation Office, part of the federal court system, was responsible for supervising Golubski’s home incarceration.
"The Kansas Bureau of Investigation is trying to determine how Golubski obtained a firearm not allowed as part of his home incarceration as part of the death investigation."
