As KC muddles along with no dynamic leader nor plan to make it better, Populist issues Clarion Call for KC's strongest advocacy group - KC Tenants - to advocate placing before voters a new vision to light up KC's future. And, with KC Tenants backing the Initiative, Lucas & the City dare not do what they do best...sabotage petitions.

We can put wind in the City's sails by improving the quality of life for everyone. We can help level our City's crime wave by providing economic opportunity to those in need. 'Onward KC' Initiative does both... transforms KC into a thriving, walkable City with great public transportation & provides jobs, housing & economic benefits to residents in the inner City, as follows:

1. Fixes KC's costly, unpopular & stigmatized bus system with an Alternative Transportation System composed of...e-rail, e-bus, e-bike, bike, scooter & pedestrian-oriented Greenways.

2. Fixes KC's lack of affordable housing with new, affordable housing generated (by market place) along (permanent) Greenway Corridors.

3. Fixes KC's brutal, fateful Freeway-Bruce Watkins- with a Revitalizing Eastside Greenway providing... clean options to move about the City, affordable housing & mixed-use development.

4. Fixes KC's lack of inner City opportunity by providing youth (trade) skills & immediate, good paying jobs (building KC's promising future).

5. Fixes KC's planning failures with: Central Hub @ Union Station, Natural (car-free) Park @ Penn Valley & a leading-edge Monorail connecting (transit-less) KCI to the northland & the Central City @ Union Station.

If Clay Chastain critics out there have a better plan that will do more for KC & secure federal funding, then bring it. Otherwise, KC Tenants is called upon to (both) expand the horizon of its leadership & take charge of Kansas City's future.
