If there's one thing Kansas City proper did RIGHT . . . It was telling the Kemper clan to hit the bricks and take their expensive taxpayer funded party to Kansas.

Here's a peek at another money loser for the Sunflower State that will NEVER live up to expectations and the cash shelled out by broke-ass locals . . . Check-it:

"The American Royal now seeks up to $155 million in sales tax and revenue (STAR) bonds to support the development. In 2016, the Unified Government approved the creation of the Northwest Speedway STAR Bond District for the American Royal. It later signed off on plans to use as much as $80 million in STAR bonds."
