Missouri Conservatives Consider Kansas City & STL Traffic Death Crisis

Big picture analysis puts the blame on municipal government . . . Here's the word . . .

"Traffic fatalities in both Kansas City and St. Louis have seen significant increases, drawing concern from local leaders and community members alike. Sadly . . .

The solution from KCMO seems to be sketchy consulting contracts awarded to politically active locals that only serve to make streets even more complicated and dangerous.
