Actually . . . Here's the bigger question:
WHY SHOULD VOTERS DEFY HISTORY AND SUBMIT TO HIGHER TAXES FOR SKETCHY KANSAS CITY PUBLIC SCHOOLS?!?
That's not just TKC skepticism . . . It's a legit questions that local leaders will have to answer for taxes that have proven HISTORICALLY UNPOPULAR.
Sadly, we already know the response . . .
"Pay the money because you're racist!!!"
That "logic" doesn't hold up in any KCMO community given historic outcomes for these kind of elections.
However . . .
Kansas City voters shouldn't be complacent and underestimate the politics of guilt and "MAGA Resistance" in this low turnout election.
In the meantime, here's the word . . .
