Full disclosure . . . TKC thought this biz was a good idea because we've seen this kind of place work at 18th & Vine which is actually a much more "challenging" location.
However . . .
It seems that owners weren't able to maintain early momentum and support . . . The reality is that the rent is probably too high and parking just a few blocks from the P&L District isn't optimal and now is confusing with new systems designed by city hall . . . Even worse, activists claim that the biz shut down represents a bigger problem . . . Check-it:
