TEN MILLION BUCKS WORTH OF UPGRADES DOESN'T COME CLOSE TO CASH KANSAS CITY TAXPAYERS WASTED ON "DOWNTOWN RENAISSANCE" FAIL!!!

Here's the most important financial fact when it comes to the P&L District for local taxpayers: 

"During Power & Light’s lifespan, through April 2022, Kansas City has picked up the tab on at least $167.1 million in total principal and interest payments, an average of $10.4 million a year, the Kansas City Business Journal determined through analysis of city financial reports."

Party people are MISDIRECTED to pay more attention to this upgrade news . .  .

"The emphasis will be on upgrades to the Kansas City Live! Block, dubbed Kansas City’s living room, which has about 6 million visitors a year for the Miller Lite Hot Country Nights concert series, NCAA’s Men’s and Women’s Big 12 Basketball Tournaments, cultural and community gatherings, charity events, New Year’s Eve gatherings, and lively watch parties for sports events of all kinds."
