Hundreds of livelihoods are now in limbo, and a former Olathe GM is concerned many workers won't even receive their final paychecks.
"All of the paper checks are in the building, so they couldn't cash them, and now they don't know when they're going to receive that money," he said.
"There are cooks who are essentially going to be without any form of pay for about a month, working two to three jobs just to support their family," he added.
