Kansas Archbishop Offers Postelection Praise Of 'Virtue' Against Abortion & Pr0n

Sadly, thanks to my parents wasting LOTS of cash by paying for my Catholic education, it's not enough that most of my waking hours are filled with soul-crushing guilt for my very existence inasmuch as daily coffee runs and all of my wasted labor REALLY DON'T JUSTIFY the sacrifice of our Lord & Savoir . . .

Now . . .

The Most Reverend Archbishop Joseph F. Naumann of the Archdiocese of Kansas City in Kansas wants to pile on more shame just in case I was enjoying the nice Autumn weather we've been having.

Here's his postelection analysis that kinda feels personal . . . As if the 2 & 1/2 minutes of respite that I get from enjoying Angela White's body of work is one of the many reasons that I'm risking hell fire or at least a few millennia in purgatory so that I can argue with John Steinbeck that supporting the POINTLESS war in Vietnam tainted all of his other classic work.

But I digress . . .

Here's the misery from the local Catholic cleric who missed his calling as a politico . . .

"It was troubling that many politicians made their defense of the so-called right to abortion, the ability to kill our own children, their top priority. The importance and beauty of motherhood has been so devalued in the popular culture that supporting the legal right to kill our own children was considered by political experts a plus for candidates.

"Support for abortion was considered particularly important for gaining the votes of women, especially young, first-time voters.

"Similarly, political action committees produced ads aimed at motivating young men to vote for candidates who would protect their access to pornography."
