"Jackson County Executive Frank White has vetoed an ordinance from the county legislature that would decide how the county would spend the remaining $70 million in COVID-19 relief funds.
"Friday’s veto involves ARPA funding. It would have appropriated money from the fund balances of the general fund and the American Rescue Plan."
