Brittany revealed the exercise routine she was starting to struggle with since becoming pregnant.
Fitness instructor Kristy Rae revealed Brittany’s fitness routine in October, sharing via Instagram how she was training to avoid something called “mom butt.”
“Many women experience what’s called ‘mom butt’ during and after pregnancy, which happens when the glutes lose shape and muscle mass,” Rae captioned a clip of Brittany’s workout. “This is often due to changes in posture and how we move as our bodies adjust to pregnancy.”
