After MAGA Victory, Kansas City Newsman Fears Voters Losing Faith In Democracy

We were waiting for this post from Kansas City columnist & blogger Bill Tammeus and he didn't disappoint.

As we noted . . . There are still election fraud questions from MAGA supporters regarding 2020 but on the opposite side of the equation we also notice progressive wondering why so many voters apparently stayed at home.

Accordingly . . .

We're happy to share an explanation from Mr. Tammeus that also takes into account Kansas City voter turnout . . . Check-it:

"If American voters begin to lose faith in the idea that they can find reliable sources of truth about what's actually happening and use that information to make informed voting decisions, then we will see voter turnout shrink.

"And when that happens, the people lose control of their governments and cede it to people hungry for power -- not to aid the common good but to aid their own circumstances and personal dreams of power and wealth. So when voter turnout in Kansas City (the area overseen by the Kansas City Election Board) was barely 54 percent of registered voters in this most recent presidential election, it's not just appalling, it's frightening. It and similar voter turnout figures nationally reveal an electorate that is abandoning its patriotic duties and ceding power to people who want it for their own uses."
