Missouri AG Fights To Tag Convicted Creepers On Halloween

The fact check here is important: Most youngsters are at risk from family or close friends and not strangers on Halloween.

We don't necessarily disagree with this effort and think that it's important to follow for parents, neighbors everyone interested in criminal justice and its impact on the public discourse.

The Missouri Attorney General’s Office says it plans to appeal a federal judge’s ruling that struck down a state requirement for registered sex offenders to display “No candy” warning signs outside of their homes on Halloween.

“I want Missouri to be the safest state in the nation for children. That includes on Halloween,” said Bailey via social media platform X on his intent to appeal.
