Union concerns about safety should resonate amongst park patrons and the last remaining people who don't spend all their free time playing video games. 

Here are the basics of the sitch:

Those in Service Employees International Union (SEIU) Local 1 at Worlds of Fun said they have been working on an expired contract since February.

Last Thursday, the Union voted to authorize a strike meaning if an agreement isn’t met and the bargaining committee feels it is necessary, they will go on strike.
