Unsurprisingly, reporters wanted to know more about the team’s plans for a new (or renovated) stadium and training complex.

“Since I had a chance to visit with you at training camp,” began Hunt, “we’ve been working on creating some options — not only for the stadium but also for (potentially) a new training facility. We’ve been looking at a lot of sites on both the Kansas and Missouri sides — as well as talking to the political leaders in Missouri about perhaps renovating Arrowhead.”

“We’re not at the end of that process at all. We continue to have good conversations – and we’re hopeful that by the spring, we’ll have some direction. I certainly don’t expect to have anything finalized by that point. But I’d like to know the direction that we’re headed.”
