Kansas City Brookside Champion: Send In National Guard

Crime continues to spiral out of control in Kansas City's last remaining middle-class enclave.

Accordingly, here's a glimpse at desperation and locals hoping to put the life-threatening situation in perspective . . . Check-it:

The wants the BoPC to talk to the Missouri National Guard about how they could possibly give KCPD the staff they need temporarily.

“To answer the calls, to work in the stations, so more police officers won’t have so much overtime where they’re fatigued and will be able to put more police cars out in the community,” he continued.

A request like this would likely first need the approval of the BoPC before Governor Mike Parson could do this.
