Kansas City bus funding might garner more cash if the ATA didn't use MILLIONS to fund development schemes.
Sadly, our activist friends don't delve into those kind of deets.
Instead, here's the outcry for more money in hopes that freebie rides will endure . . . Despite the stench which confounds drivers . . .

Local group, bus riders call on county leaders to secure funding to prevent further cuts
It all started with Gladstone in July of last year, then Raytown, Grandview and Blue Springs. Now, there could be more cities without bus services.
