Court Dox: Police Capture Suspect Downtown Kansas City Sniper Firing Randomly

Danger continues inside the loop as all of those "celebrated" apartment towers popping up seemingly come with a downside as well.

"According to court documents filed in support of the charges, it was revealed that just after 2 p.m. Thursday, police were called to a high-rise apartment building at 600 Admiral Boulevard on a reported disturbance with a party armed.

"A responding KCPD officer saw a man, armed with a long gun on or near the 19th floor of the apartment building. The officer reported hearing a round go off from the long gun while he attempted to locate the apartment manager."
