Sure, social media is jam packed with complaints and lot of reinforcement from needy strangers. 

However . . . There's very little insight, information or REAL perspective shared. 

Meanwhile . . . 

One of our favorite bloggers not only offered deets and a relevant example of 12th & Oak mismanagement but also shares how it fits into the big picture. 

Here's the setup and a worthwhile story from our South Side neighbors . . . 

"KCMO department heads are too insular. They seem to sit in their little offices and look at issues as if they're simply black and white. Take these pictures my friend sent me as an example: These bins have been sitting at the curb for over a month now. Why is that?"
