TKC Remembers When Mike Talboy Was Hispanic & Had More Hair!!!

JOKING . . . Mr. Talboy is still and always has been a very proud Latino dude and nowadays he looks much sharper than TKC.

Even better . . . This post is about his new political gig. 

Apropos for #TBT and for those who don't remember the politico who has held a great deal of influence on local politics . . .

Mike Talboy was a Democratic member of the Missouri House of Representatives. Talboy represented the 37th District, which at the time encompassed much of downtown Kansas City south of the Missouri River, as well as portions of the East Side. During the 96th General Assembly, he also served as House Minority Floor Leader. He is a practicing attorney who formerly served as Burns & McDonnell Engineering's Director of Governmental Affairs.
