It's that time of season . . . When buying turns to daydreaming, snooping and this fall festival of envy:
The Home Builders Association of Greater Kansas City says that 93 members are set to showcase more than 250 homes during the Fall Parade of Homes, Sept. 21 - Oct. 6.
Members noted some of the latest trends, including arched doorways and built-ins, color palettes and unique details that complement each home will be on display. A variety of sizes, floor plans and prices will be shown to meet different budgets. Homes range in price between $250,000 and more than $5 million.
