Our KC sister city has made a great deal of progress against crime but the threat of violence is constant in the urban core . . . Here's the latest report:
Officers responded to reports of a person lying in the street near N. 7th Street and Parallel Parkway at 10:42 p.m.
Upon arrival, they found an adult male with apparent gunshot wounds who was pronounced dead at the scene.
