Kansas City Nightlife: Free Drinks, Demands For Sex & Then Gunfire

This kind of story only helps TKC love life odds wherein watching movies and going on long walks doesn't seem like such a lame selling point anymore . . . At least when compared to dodging gunfire from potential suitors.

Accordingly . . .

Here's another reason why local bars are garbage . . .

"The woman told investigators that the pair had asked the women if they wanted drinks, which they refused. However, when they returned from the bathroom, drinks were provided anyway. The women further declined the drinks.

"Court records indicated that one of the men told the women they were obligated to have sexual intercourse as thanks for the drinks. When they refused, the men started to verbally assault them. Eventually, all four were kicked out of the nightclub.

"Once outside, the victims told detectives the unknown man told two other women to fight with them. After the two victims were able to get away and back into their vehicle, SUSPECT could be seen chasing after them with a rifle.

"Investigators said SUSPECT shot at the vehicle and hit the driver in both legs. Once in a safe area, the women were able to pull over and switch seats to seek help.

"Surveillance footage from the area confirmed the timeline of events."

One arrested after rejection at KC nightclub leads to parking lot shooting

One man is behind bars after rejections of advances for sexual intercourse allegedly led to a shooting outside a Kansas City nightclub in early September.
