Johnson County Diners 'Terrified' After Pellet Gun Drive-By

FAKE TOUGH GUYS WITH PELLET GUNS (LULZ) SHOOT UP ITALIAN RESTAURANT IN OVERLAND PARK!!!

The social media chatter was slow to clear this one up and it even inspired a few panicked newsies. 

To be fair, there are reports of rolling pellet gun battles throughout Overland Park this evening.

We share the deets with a warning . . . It might cause eye-roll strain . . .

The Overland Park Police Department says that around 2 p.m. on Saturday, Sept. 28, it was called to Maggiano’s Little Italy at 7025 W. 135th St. with reports of a shooting.

When law enforcement officials arrived, they said they found 3 glass panels had been damaged by fire from a pellet gun. No injuries were reported.

Law enforcement officials said this was a drive-by shooting but they do not believe anyone was targeted and that the incident was isolated.
