"I have called a special meeting of the Board of County Commissioners to be held on Thursday, September 19, 2024, beginning at 9:30 a.m.in the Board’s Hearing Room located on the third floor of the Johnson County Administration Building, at 111 South Cherry Street, Olathe, for the purpose of considering the real estate agreement with MAA Krupa Lenexa, LLC, the assignment agreement with restart, and use of state and local fiscal recovery funds. "
