"UC-B Properties and Berman Leather Co. in recent months started vertical construction on The Weaver, which will see 13 for-sale townhomes built on a half-acre surface lot southeast of 19th and Locust streets and just east of the Arte KC apartments. The City Council approved the project in September 2023, and site work happened earlier this year. The four-story townhome units will range from 2,000 to 2,400 square feet, with sale prices expected between $895,000 and $1.2 million."
