Could Police Substation & Services Save Independence Center?!?

Actually . . 

Focusing on services isn't such a bad idea . . . It's very hard to outsource or home deliver a haircut. 

We're not certain if this turning the mall into one big food court & beauty shop is the best way forward. 

But . . . 

It probably a better idea than the current model: An unpaid daycare for wayward 20-somethings.

Check-it . . .

Independence Center pivots to include service-based tenants, including new IPD substation

Shoppers can still do normal "mall" things at Independence Center, but the center hopes to add more services, like a newly expanded Independence police substation, to create foot traffic.
