Clay Chastain Shares Update On Legal Fight Against City Hall & Mayor Q

The election was decided by more than 80 points but the only contender continues his crusade against 12th & Oak.

For the record . . . Clay Chastain has noted that he doesn't have much regard for the vote that he claims was decided by only a small fraction of the electorate and unduly influenced by his opponent.

Here is his latest statement shared with local media . . .

Clay Chastain Press Release: Like he has intimidated the local media into not asking questions for 5-years (refuses to debate, refuses to hold press conferences, refuses to take accountability for broken promise on crime epidemic, refuses accountability for kneeling with Plaza rioters, etc.), Mayor Quinton Lucas is now trying to intimidate the local courts with a barrage of legal filings in his desperate attempt to evade a Public Trial for censoring, falsely arresting, falsely imprisoning and maliciously prosecuting his lone political opponent in last years Mayors race.

They say the guilty dog barks the loudest: Here are a list of Lucas' (legal) arfs to date:

1st bark: Censored Chastain @ City Hall, had him arrested and then tried to prosecute him for trespassing, but City Judge Martina Peterson ruled Chastain innocent of Lucas' false charge.

2nd bark: Filed Bogus Motion to Dismiss Chastain's lawsuit against him, but his deceitful Motion was denied by 16th Circuit Court Judge Sarah Castle.

3rd bark: Filed Bogus Writ of Prohibition (false immunity argument) in Appeals Court to overturn Castle's ruling. Ruling pending.

4th bark: Filed Bogus "Answer" to pressure Judge Castle into reversing her decision. Ruling pending.

5th bark: Filed Bogus "Motion for Summary Judgment" (false Res judicata argument) to pressure Judge Castle to reverse her ruling. Ruling pending.

6th bark: Filed Bogus "Reply" (regurgitation of Summary Judgment) to add additional pressure on Judge Castle to reverse her ruling. Ruling pending.

Mayor Lucas is afraid to go before a jury on the merits of the case and, for once, have to answer questions and be held accountable for his misbehavior.

We will see what happens. KC Activist, Clay Chastain
