Blue Springs Suffers Tire Slashing Spree

Nearly a dozen locals are suffering a significant financial hit this week after the local wave of car crime misanthropy impacted their community.

Vandals slashed tires on more than a dozen cars parked along Northwest Roanoke Drive and surrounding side streets based on cars still being serviced roadside Wednesday afternoon.

The Blue Springs Police Department said they are currently investigating 11 different reports of damage to cars in the Timber Oak area. One person has been arrested and other suspects have been identified. They said they are working towards arresting additional suspects.
