The cause of the explosion is under investigation, but at this time, authorities do not suspect foul play.
"This appears to be a really tragic accident," said Sarah Boyd with the Clay County Sheriff's Office.
Clay County authorities said just after noon that two bodies had been found inside the structure, believed to be the residents of the home. A deceased dog was also located in the remains of the home. The identity of the residents has not yet been released.
