Special Committee On Illegal Immigrant Crimes Arrives In Kansas City Next Week

A statewide forum asking the public to share testimony regarding "new friends" will soon arrive in this cowtown.

We don't doubt there are plenty of stories to share. 

However . . .

We only wonder if locals will be brave enough to ALSO call out so many local businesses that profit, offer employment to new arrivals and otherwise help facilitate trending illegal immigration.

As always . . .

There's plenty of blame to go around and a great deal of it belongs to government and biz both big and small. 

Moreover . . .

Not-So-Fun-Fact: Even a cursory glimpse at Kansas City's homicide count reveals that most of our deadly crime is HOMEGROWN and not imported. 

And so we share a glimpse at the upcoming airing of grievances . . .

"The Missouri House Special Interim Committee on Illegal Immigrant Crimes has announced that at 11 a.m. on Tuesday, Aug. 13, it will host a public hearing in Kansas City. This will mark the third of six hearings to be held statewide.

"Committee members indicated that the hearing is a chance for community members to share their perspectives and insights on matters that concern illegal immigrant crime. They intend to foster an open dialogue to inform future legislative efforts and policies."
